The Wells Conservation Commission advises the Town Meeting, the Select Board, and the Planning Board on sustaining the Town’s natural resources, including land, water, air, wildlife habitat, and scenic views. We educate the public about the values of these resources. The Commission is especially concerned with creation of public and private conservation lands that preserve wildlife habitat, traditional low-impact outdoor recreation, and opportunities for environmental education
